MVR IT Services LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10251131) with its registered office at Reading, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. The data we collect
This is a static informational website. We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Contact form / email enquiries — your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Essential technical data — our hosting provider (GitHub Pages, operated by GitHub, Inc.) may log IP addresses for security and operational purposes. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.
We do not use advertising trackers. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are retained for the period required by UK tax and company law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g. our form-processing and email providers), under appropriate safeguards;
- Authorities, where required by law.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- data portability, where applicable;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We apply proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website and access controls on the systems where enquiry data is handled.
